Your service person should call at least an hour before he comes and a half day window with no ability to respond to the automated text message does not work well either. Other than that great job on doing the actual work.

He made the crack larger in the windshield. He said it was due to the fact that it was hot and he applied too much pressure. Now I have a bigger crack and the problem was not solved.
