So far so good regarding the replacement glass. The repair man was very polite and efficient.
Patrick, the Interstate technician, did a great job. He had excellent interpersonal and technical skills. He removed the old glass and installed the new and one would never know the day before the rear window had been broken. I could not find one chard of glass anywhere. The timeliness of the repair was also exceptional. Interstate called me before 8:00AM and by lunch time Patrick had come and gone. GREAT JOB!!
