I was unaware it costs more for my window to be repaired at my home, and the respresntative didn’t mention to me. Next time I will be coming into ABRA instead to save money.

The technician did make the chip smaller than it was but there is still a chip left that is visible. Especially when the sunlight hits it directly.
I can live with it but, I had hoped, from previous experience with this type of method, that it wold have disappeared completely as it had before on another vehicle.
Cannot say enough about the service. Every step of the way was covered. Chris did an excellent job of putting in a new windshield. It took no time at all and updated provided when he was to arrive. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Goran is a prime example of what every customer looks for when you are in need of resources that they provide the safety and quality of your vehicle. It is very cliche to hear someone rant about their bad experience with some mechanic. Goran made sure the c omplete opposite was achieved, that I had no choice BUT to trust him. And it was very satisfying to pay him as my experience with him was above and beyond what I was charged. He guided and directed for over a week to make sure I was prepared for the conversations that needed to happen before he could replace the windshield. Even after the install, he invited himself back over once the cosmetic parts, that were removed by the previous company, were finally received just so could help me apply them. He did all this with a torn muscle or possibly ligament in his shoulder. It's too bad he doesn't have more responsibilities where he can continue to drive but offer different solutions to other areas of the vehicle that need attention. This would allow Goran to use his genuitity and talents to build professional relationships in order to build sales. It's networking and all about who you know. Which makes me very pleased I now Know Goran. Thanks man!

The installer was very professional. He was great at explaining what he was going to do and taking the time to make sure we would have no problems in the future. We had to reschedule do to weather Monday but he came to look at the car to make sure he would be able to install the window with no problems the following day. He was prompt and ready to work Tuesday. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend ABRA to my friends and family.

I was worried when you quote me the time between 11-5, I thought it would be problematic if he does not show up until close to 5, fortunately, he was able to come in near 11am. I also noticed some of my neighbors ask for his business card. It would be nice if we get a discount because of that! LOL!
I've never even heard of ABRA before, but decided to give them a try because of their great reviews online! So glad I did! I received same day service at the convenience of my home! The woman who helped me schedule an appointment provided excellent customer service! The technician was friendly and completed the repair in about 15 mins! I would definitely use ABRA again!
