I am pretty dissatisfied with the phone system as well as the method in which the appointments are set up. I can tell that it is a faulty and very annoying system and not the employees fault necessarily. The amount of menus I had to go through was annoying, then every time I called it was someone new who I then had to update on the situation. Each time I called in something got confused or had been entered into the system incorrectly. Then after I thought we had a good appointment set up, nobody showed. The morning after they were supposed to replace the windshield someone showed up out of the blue (I didn’t see the text, my fault) and said they were here. I was just leaving but was able to make it back quickly to have the windshield replaced, luckily.
So overall I didn’t like the experience or the way Abra operates. It is too complicated.
We were impressed with the professionalism of Bryan. The glass looks very good and he worked hard to clean up all the glass. The mobile service at no cost was very helpful!

First appointment was missed. Driver rang doorbell. Called both phone numbers with no answer. We were home and didn’t hear the doorbell. If driver had left a message, we would have called back immediately. We ignore dozens of unsolicited calls daily! If it’s important, leave a message. No doorbell ditching!

I was told that the repair would be an 8 o’clock appointment. Instead of technician showed up to the dealership at 11:30 am. The dealership explained that the appointment window was from 8 to 1, however, that’s not what I was told by your customer service person.
I wasted most of my day getting my windshield replaced when the work only took an hour and a half.
