I was disappointed only in the fact that I got 4 different times that they would be at my house. The first confirmation said 8a-1p then a 2nd confirmation stating 12-5p. I then called ABRA Sat morn and got a 3rd time of around 11-12. And, finally the Tech called and said he would be here at 2:30. With all of that said, my whole day was **** waiting. I had to cancel some of my plans for the day. The Tech on The other hand did a great job and was quick and very informative about the job. Roger Beachler

Fast service on a chip repair. Tech got it all filled and just emailed me the receipt so I didn't have to leave my meeting at work, which was very convenient. And repair work looks great!
