The worker was nice and quick and came during the time frame. Maybe should call on way though to give customer an ETA.
The actual service was fast however my initial appointment had to be rescheduled because the wrong part was ordered for my repair. That was really inconvenient for me as I made my schedule open in order for the technician to come out and had to do the same for a second tech to complete the repair. A more thorough verification system may me necessary for ordering parts in the future.

It would be helpful if they bring glass with them so that if they cant fix they can replace on same appt. But the men who came were both very polite and helpful
The job was done very well but the trim on the left side was not glued down to the glass, making it possible for water to leak in, and then ice when it gets cold. I'd like to see this done.
All is good except I noticed the darker sunvisor border at the top of the windshield is not the same color as the original windshield (OEM). It seems to be a lighter blue shade. That was the 1st thing I noticed when I got into vehicle to drive. I can only assume other potential buyers will notice when I go to sell soon on the private market.
