Windshield wipers were installed wrong. I dropped the car at 8:30 am. Didn’t get the call to pick it up from wolfchase Honda unti 6 pm. Your guy from ABRA called and left a message that his part of the work was completed before 10 am. I will not do business with Wolfchase again. When I showed them the problem with the wipers the maintenance writer gal gave me huge attitude and said I had installed aftermarket wipers on the car and that was the problem. It took a lot of arguing just for her to acknowledge there was a problem. They fixed it eventually. Call me if you want and I’ll explain it further.

Horrible experience. First attempt a tech repaired but there was a crack in windshield that was traveling. Had to reschedule to get ya'll to "replace" the windshield. First appointment scheduled was a no show. Second scheduling no show. Several calls made we asked to contact us when the windshield came in. No one contacted us, we had to call them and get persistent with follow up phone calls. Finally, after a few complaints, ya'll put us priority and the windshield was repaired. I have never had this much trouble with a windshield replacement. I will ask Allstate for another servicer if I have to get a new windshield. Will not use your services again if I can go to another.
