Waiting Times, missed a whole days work. First time slot was 10-12 then 12 to-2.
Technician finally showed up at 3:00. The tech did a great job of repairing the window but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I missed a whole day of work. Abra needs to be Considering of it’s customers time and when problems arise give a courtesy call to reschedule or let the customer know he’s running late.

From the moment I setup my appointment to repair/replace my front windshield with ABRA I received supreme customer service. The repair gentleman presented excellent professionalism, punctuality, and performed such a great job on the installment. I would recommend ABRA to my family, friends, and anyone else I may know needs car repairs.
Install was very quick, not even 45 minutes. Glass put in correctly and looks good but installer got black sealant on both front quarter panels and inside grab handle. I am glad I saw it before letting it bake on my paint. Need to cover areas with plastic when installing. No problem if the install took a little longer to ensure no tar on my paint.

Blocking out an entire day 8 am - 5 pm was a bit inconvenient. And then waiting for an update call from 8 - 10 am the day of, a call which never came (I had to call back myself), was not efficient. Even Comcast cable gives a two-hour appointment window. Why can't ABRA do likewise?
