We have had 3 separate appointments to have 2 windshields replaced (both should have been replaced / repaired on the first visit) The glass was forgotten / work order misplaced on the second trip. One is still incomplete as the glass was cracked upon install. People have repeatedly reassured me each visit that everything was set for the next visit and each time they were incorrect.
Service man that came to the house was top-notch. He knew exactly what he was doing. Repaired it in less than 15 minutes to a perfect repair. Do not get rid of this technician. He is one of the best I've seen. Very friendly easy to work with. Sincerely comma mark
