Everyone worked very well with us. The car was 85 miles away from him. Also our normal trip has been changed due to I 85 being closed. They made sure the glass was in and kept us up to date on when they could met us was outstanding. Frank got it fixed and we were able to beat the rush hour traffic home. Thanks all

I met the technicians when they pulled up, they seem nice. Let them get started while I went back in to work. Came out as they were finishing up, the trim pieces that go around the window. The trim pieces were not snapping back into place like they should be. I went to look and they have broke the clips that hold the trim down. The lead technician suggested that he could fix it by using adhesive to keep them in place. That is not acceptable. He kept suggesting this was good enough for his company. The lead tech should have never suggested that fix at all. He had to call in a warranty claim to replace the pieces after I told him that was not acceptable. So now they have to order parts from Ford and replace with another windshield. The windshield wasn't the brand they sold me on. They sold me on the same brand that was in the car but had a different brand when they came out. This was my first experience and mayne the last after they get it right the second time.

Scheduling the appointment was so easy and the employee was so friendly and helpful. They kept me informed on his arrival. The nw windshield looks so nice and such a big difference it makes. This is a surprise for my son when he comes home. I'm excited for him to see it. Thank you for doing such a great job from start to finish.
Work was done in my garage quickly. Very professional job. Jack was great and did a quick repair carefully and skillfully fixing two glass chops in close proximity of each other.

Technition was outstanding. Kept car and work are clean, even did touch up on three chips during installation. Will request and recomend Abra in the future.

I was satisfied with the service provided today (April 6,2017). However I had an appointment April 5th and the technichin never showed up. I called and was told I would get a call from the tech and never did. Needless to say the tech from April 5th never showed up or called or left any notes as to why. Micheal did a great job today and I would recommend him to anyone.
