Scheduling was extremely helpful with scheduling a site repair while the car was at the Abra body shop. Otherwise we work on a military base and they tech would not have access after we picked it up.

The repair tech said up front that the star was too big for repair but said he would try if I wanted to go ahead. I decided yes and, though the glass isn't as new, the repair is hardly noticeable. I am one of those people who drives a new car at least 5 years so I'm not too concerned about what this might do for resale value.
