The technician called with estimated arrival time. He was courteous and so far our new window is working (rolling up and down, and it’s no longer broken). It was great he could do the repair at my house. I’m also satisfied that I got service the next day. Thank you.

Everything appears to be fine. However, there is blue painters tape on either side of the windshield, and no one told me when I should take it off.
I got double charged in my experience. Have yet to be reversed.
Worker, Frank, was very nice and on time. He explained the work to be completed and then completed it with new orders for that day.
