It only took him 37 min to to my whole windshield. I should have send in a picture of it so he could have came to me first at 8:00 am this morning . Y’all need to ask us to send in a picture of the work , the men of Abra Glass has the do. So they would know what easy job to go to first in their mornings. Thanks Michele P

I was told that the repair man would be there in between 8-1 today. He didn’t show up until 12:45. I wasn’t told when I made the appointment. That it would take 30 minutes and I couldn’t drive my car for an hour afterwards. That information would of been helpful.

Frank was my technician. He was here on time. He was very pleasant. I had an appointment to be at, so a friend picked me up and when I got back it was all done. My car was locked and in my driveway. The windshield looks like my car is brand new.
