Jack Bell was absolutely fantastic! I could not be happier with Adbra or Jack Bell. Scheduling the appointment was painless and easy, the price was exactly as stated it would be and I was able to have my windshield replaced at my home the next day. Jack was polite, efficient, answered all of my questions and gave me his card Incase I ever have any issues or questions in the future. Before leaving he explained the warranty and made sure I was totally happy and had all my questions answered. I have already Recomended ABRA and Jack Bell to several friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for making this entire experience simple quick and painless.

Jeremy was very professional. He cleaned up all the broken glass not only from the vehicle, but from the driveway. He was also able to fix the windshield wiper so that it worked since it looked like it had broken. Your price was competitive with the other estimate I got, but I'd had work done at your Morrow location previously on another vehicle, and was impressed and chose to go with you for this repair. Great work! My only negative comment would be that you should not text someone at 7 AM with the survey. An early awakening on the weekend.

The molding at the top of the glass is not seated properly. The tech, Jaren (sp?), tried to correct it and taped it down to give it time to seat, but that did not work. This needs to be corrected. Other than that, Jaren was very professionaL and personable. Very good experience with ABRA.
