The technician was awesome and very professional. The quality of the window seal is not. I can see through the corner of the seal at the top on both sides. The window seal looks to popping out. I do not believe it is the technician fault I feel it's a bad window seal.

The crew was professional and swift. I was pleased with their service. My only concern is I noticed today that when I opened my door the door handle on the driver's side tried to pop out. It is not secured. This must have happened when they removed the door insert. How do I go about getting this fixed?
