They were well organized. They kept me informed on their progress and receipt was ready when I picked up the keys. They explained everything in a clear & concise way.
After I scheduled my windshield replacement I was called back to be told that the technician was overbooked for the time I had been scheduled (Friday morning). I was asked to change to Friday afternoon, but I said no, I was not available. I re-scheduled for Saturday morning. On Thursday night I received a text saying my appointment was scheduled for Friday afternoon. I also received texts on Friday morning saying that someone would come in the afternoon. I replied to the text and confirmed Saturday- then I received the text saying the technician was on his way. I called and was assured that my appointment was for Saturday. I never did receive any texts verifying my Saturday appointment , so I called again and was told I was third on the schedule for Saturday and someone should be at my house between 11 and noon. The technician arrived at 12:40. Scheduling was an awful experience.
Promote the man who repaired our windshield. Kind, friendly, professional person.
