Technician told me he would arrive at 1pm to complete the repair, however did not arrive until 2:15 - he called me and left me a voicemail to say he'd be there at 1pm and did not indicate I needed to return the call to confirm. He called again at 2pm and said he hadn't come yet because I hadn't called to confirm 1pm worked. Also did not clean up all the glass out of the backseat - not sure if he was supposed to...

The whole process from making the appointment to having the glass replaced was great. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous, they explained the process and what was going to happen each step of the way. The ease of communication with emails/messaging/phone was very appreciated and allowed me to continue my day normally.

Our technician, Jeremiah, was amazing! He called ahead of time to inform us of his approximate arrival time and even asked us if that work. We asked him if he could arrive sooner because my in-laws needed to make a Navy reunion and he he obliged and said he could work that out. He arrived and was friendly, professional, and courteous. He got to work right away and was very careful with the install. He thoroughly cleaned inside and outside of our vehicle. We are more than satisfied with his service. We would definitely use ABRA again if needed.
