Very much appreciated the phone call from the employee that replaced windshield-early that day. It would be customer happiness if you had a separate waiting area for those of us unable to walk to McDonalds to wait. Water would be good to have on hand also. Great Work on windshield- will recommend Abra!
Would like to ask if you would make sure to have your representative give the appropriate address I was given the wrong address twice and that location was closed
The installation and the person preforming the replacement was excellent. I'm not happy with the length of time from when the claim was made to have the repair completed. Poor communication as to why it took so long.

Quick service and very friendly staff
We were running late for our 8:00 am appointment and at 8:10, on the dot, they called us to make sure we were on our way. They were patient and understanding on the phone and once we got there. Once my vehicle was finished with its windshield replacement, I was very satisfied! Not only was the windshield clean, they also cleaned my dashboard! I was very satisfied with the ease of drop off and pick up and even more satisfied with their work! I wouldn’t definitely come back to ABRA in Woodbury, MN!

This is my second time using Abra in the past month or so, and I do need to say your text/email up dates are pretty weak. No real info. I get the reminder of my appointment but no time or address. I also had to get a live call confirming I was coming. I like the idea of updates, but make them more valuable.
