I took off work to only find out my appointment was taken out of the schedule. I only found out because I had to call in to find out why no one has called me. A respect of a phone call would be nice so I did not waste time and money missing work when we already paying out of pocket. Had to schedule for the next morning and take off work again. Finally it was done. No one offered discount for inconvience. With a big company like Abra you will figure someone will reach out for having a bad experience. I guess Abra is getting too big to care. Sweep it under the rug and go get the next sale. Well done! Maybe it takes posting on Google review and social media will companies care about your experience. I am sorry for the negative feedback but it's truth of my experience. I hope this reflects in a positive way if future customers can avoid my experience. Best regards

The windshield replaced on the Suburban does not appear to be sealed well. The windshield on the Malibu seems fine.

Sean, the technician was very thorough explaining what he would do and how long it would take. His arrival was prompt. Replacement took exactly how long he said it would. I am very pleased with my new windshield. Sean did a great job. Thank you! Cindy
