I really appreciate the friendliness and prompt timing all parties from Abra has shown me. After having nothing but problems with another glass company (hounding me for the sale, showing up with the wrong windshield three times, and not coming at my allotted appointment time), Abra was quick to meet my needs and accommodate my schedule. The repair was done in 45 minutes, no hassle, no unforseen issues. And hey! They brought the correct windshield the first time!! I was also very excited to see that Abra beat the price of the first company I tried to use. Thank you for the outstanding service.

On the day work is to be done it would be nice to be updated from a 6 hour window(between 11 and 5) to a 3 hour window of 11 to 2 or 2 to 5 according to the jobs lined up. A customer can better plan any errands they may have to do. Other than that all went smoothly.

I was told my windshield was done being replaced at 11AM (my appointment was at 10AM) and it needed to sit just one more hour. The gal working at the front desk evidently left for the day at noon and I was left stranded alone in the waiting area until 12:30PM. At that time I went into someone's office and asked for help. Even though they weren't part of the "windshield division" they went back to check on my car. My new windshield had some sticky stuff on it - I would have expected them to wash it off after working on it? Lynn Dion

A problem with the rear tailgate electronic lock/unlock and open switch needs to be resolved. It all worked when I brought the vehicle in and it did not work when I left.

There was glass urethane on the passenger outside door handle, glass fragments left on my dash, dirty foot foot prints on both sides of the door sills with small scratches on the plastic door sills. I would think there should have been blankets or towels put down to avoid the damage or mess. The left door inside A pillar was also dirty. The person that greeted me was fine, but the workmanship needs some fine tunning. I also expected that the vehicle maybe be quickly washed off from working on the car.
