The tech that came out to fix my windshield was very patient as I was at lunch when he arrived and while replacing the glass he was very thorough with any questions I had and also didn’t mind explaining what he was doing as he did it because I wanted to watch and learn how it was done. Also he was cery understanding as I had me and my mechanic looking to find a wiring issue and didn’t get short tempered as we were working in the same area of the vehicle as him.

I was asked if I wanted to save any decals that might be on the inside of the glas and I replied yes, I wanted to save the UAW/Dearborn plant decal. I received my pickup after replacement without the decal. Furthermore, my right side wiper arm was reinstalled at least one spline off and it is misaligned.
