I was able to drop off vehicle and return to it completed properly
I thought the glass was being cleaned out from inside the door. When the door shuts, glass can be heard tattling around inside of the door.
The glass technician was very prompt and professional. He pointed out that with the localized repair there is just a small dot on the outside of the windshield. I looked at the dot and that's no big deal to me.
However, later when I got in the car and saw it from the inside, the cracks are very visible. I asked my husband to look at it because I'm concerned that when it gets really cold out that it will crack. Also, it's unsightly from the inside--the outside looks fine. He agrees with me.

The work, when it was done, was done well, but my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for the next day due to technician scheduling problems.

The first appointment we were unable to do the work due to rain. Nate rescheduled me and showed up at the time we set. He did the work as and showed me what he did and then he gave me the paperwork and went along his way. Perfect job and perfect timing. Thanks Nate.

It's not a huge deal but could in the future. The person who did my repair never told me they were here or did the work. When I made the appointment I told them it was a very small chip and my dad reported it through insurance because he didn't want it to spread. I told them my car would be in the drive way but no one told me the technician likely wouldn't need to make contact with me and would just fill the chip. I got up rather early when I usually sleep in due to my work schedule and waited around until 1:00pm and no one ever came to the door, etc. I called and found out they just filled it and never told me. That's fine but I wish I would have know this was a possibility because I likely wouldn't have gotten up so early.
Never had a windshield replaced before, wow was that simple! Service was quick, repairman explained the process and was very charming. Would recommend Abra to anyone.

Wrong glass on first trip, no calls prior to arrival, arrives unannounced on second trip just to say it was going to rain so he wasn’t doing it, etc etc. just a mess!
