The technicians are very professional, did great job. So far I have not found any problems.
Everything was great except the installer was given the wrong phone number for contact.
The actual repair was fantastic. The multiple calls and phone issues were not good. Initial call was 20 minutes. The call back after confirming insurance coverage was a connection that continually dropped. I had to ask for the conversation to be repeated almost every topic. Not sure if it was the headset or wires but very irritating. I mentioned it to the customer service rep. Not that he was not aware if it as he had to continually repeat himself and hear me say--"you have dropped off". But the actual repair process today could not have been better. Call before; arrive when promised; explained and fixed. Great technician
I really enjoyed getting to chat with Nate while he fixed the windshield!! I was asking lots of questions and was very interested about how to fix windshields. He was very kind and talkative which made it fun! Thanks for your help
Abra auto glass showed up and fixed my issue and was very courteous and fast.

Installer cut up cowl panel because they did not remove it. He tried to cut around it. There is also a chip in the a pillar that was not there before

both techs are really nice, and any qestions that i have asked he gave me a straight answer, he is honest about all answers that he gave me , jesse i think he is the lead tech very friendly guy eventhough they are working on my car,they still talk to me when i ask them questions which i really apppreciate, good job guys
