The technician was very professional had great customer service and was very patient and understanding with the question I had. Jose was very informative and talking me through his process and explaining what he was doing and was going to do. I think that your staff has excellent customer service which is Ree to find these days very understanding and accommodating. This is the first time I have had to have a window replaced and I just want to thank Abra and Jose for making this a great experience for me I will recommend you to everyone I know and others who are just inquiring!!!????????
