Excellent service. Took care of the insurance paperwork on a three way phone call with me. I forgot to remove the IPass prior to the window replacement. They did it and replaced it perfectly. Those little details matter. I love being texted prior to and after installation as well.
Repairman was professional but yet personable. He was very efficient including explaining everything to me. He is an asset to your company.
He worked hard and did s great job and also answered any questions I had and also saved the stickers I had on and put them back on the new windshield. He gave me very good instructions on what I should do for the next 24 hours. Really a nice guy,too
