Everything was great except when I talked to someone the day before the service I was told it would be between 1 PM and 5 PM. I got a text confirming service and that told me it would be between 8 AM and 1 PM. The tech got here a little before 4 o'clock so I actually started waiting from 8 AM. I was also told I would get a text before the tech got here and did not. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied with the service.

Scheduling was handled quickly and was easy for me to do. Technician was very professional and did the job promptly. He made sure too inform me of the warranty on the work.

INSTALLER MIKE NICOLETTI WAS SO GOOD HE KEPT ME INFORMED AND TOOK THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS... HE WAS WELL VERSED ON THE PRODUCT HE WAS A DILIGENT WORKER AM HOPING THE NEW WINDSHIELD LASTS JIM LENTZ

Your SERVICE PERSONNEL greatly exceed expectations. They are Courteous, Skilled and professional, He called when He was 20 minutes out giving me time to arrange the auto on the drive to make it easy to work on. There was some problem with the Windshield provided, but that was handled by Management. Thank You.

Your representative Todd was not very polite nor mannerable. To start, after he rang my doorbell, I answered with Hello. He didn't speak but simply pointed to my garage asking about my vehicle. Once I backed my vehicle out, I introduced myself again, and he didn't seem interested but spoke as I extended my hand to him. I offered a bottle of cold water since it was hot out today. He seemed rude and asked if he could get it if he needed it once he was finished. I realize your company works on a schedule so I came back inside. I was curious about the process since I've replaced a car windshield before but never at my home. I came out a few times to watch and ask questions and I don't appreciate Todd giving me a lecture/analogy of a doctor cutting on my family member and I be present to watch as if to imply I was bothering him. I am on my property watching an employee of your company be rude and I have to pay him. That's not a good feeling for me and based on his presentation, I probably would never use your company again unless I was assured Todd would NOT show up; nor would I consider recommending your company. In this day with companies competing for business, I have options and I feel customer service is important to a company surviving.
