I received a text saying that they were finishing up with the current customer and would be on their way to my house. An hour and a half later, I received a phone call saying that they would be at my house in 20 to 30 minutes. I didn't have a problem with waiting, but the first text was a bit misleading that they would be sooner than an hour and a half.
