Worst customer service! Got an appt for Wednesday afternoon and no show up/ after calling I was told appt set up for following day, fine. Had to wait for next day. Thursday windshield was changed for a defective one with scratches all over and was not told by the repair guy. He made me pay without letting me inspect. I trusted him and as soon as he swiped my card I saw the scratches which he never mentioned. I felt fooled and lied to! That's not an honest service I don't appreciate That at all, another day wasted. I had to call again to ask for a new glass and story continues with rude customer service, incompetent guy named Robert who asked me if I wanted a black and white answer when I called for the 5 th time asking for my appt as to why it was changed and 2 diff time frames were given. I'm glad it's over but i will never recommend your company and yelp review will be next. Nothing was done for your mistake other than making it painful stressful and frustrating experience.
The repair guy did a great job! He even found a small crack that I hadn't noticed and fixed it as well. Thank you!!
