Two things:
1. A window from 11am to 5pm is far too long!! Certainly they have a much better idea on the day of the install to provide a tighter time frame. I had to take off the entire day.
2. This one was the most annoying thing!!! They put my e-470 toll sticker almost 8" off the bottom of the windshield! WTF!? He knew where the previous sticker was licated - as low as you could possibly get it. Now it's in my view! I'm very very ticked off by this.
The tech was very skilled and nice. The job was done my satisfaction and I would recommend Abra to others needing glass repair replace. Again the tech was wonderful.

The first problem came when I filled out all the vehicle details on the insurance website but most of it did not transfer so I had to duplicate that info with you. The second problem was when the tech delivered a defective windshield because it had not been inspected. This resulted in a delay of several days. After those to problems were resolved the installation was fine.
Five ???? service. Technician called before arriving. Both men were professional and did an excellent job.
Fast work, fair price. My technician Craig B. was fast and efficient. Very nice to see that kind of customer service again!!!

Glass replacement was done well, but the man who replaced our glass was rude when he first pulled up. He did not even really say hi or intruduce himself. Just asked if this was the truck that needed work. He was polite when it came time to ask for money..
