The glass repair appears to have been done well. I did find a lot of broken glass from my old window still in the rear of the car (mostly thin slivers), and I cut my finger on one or two vacuuming them out. I know they had lots of glass to fix due to the hailstorm, and may not have been able to spend as much time as usual.

Customer service was great. However, on my way home while looking at my rear view mirror I noticed that one solder joint failed on my rear window. I called your customer service hotline, but the office was closed. Please give me a call. Thank you.
