He was pleasant, fast and efficient. I was very impressed with his knowledge and pleased with how much better my windshield looked compared with my neighbors. When her technician left (another company) they taped her windshield in.
I requested an appointment between 8:00AM and 9:90AM because I planned on making a 300 mile, one day trip to have the windshield replaced.
After rising at 5:00AM, I arrived at 8:00AM to meet my end of the deal. At 9:00AM, with no Service Tech in sight, I called to find out what was up.
After several phone calls, the assigned Tech informed me the he had been scheduled to do the repair at 3:00PM which was not compatible with other appointments I had scheduled.
So much for my requested time slot. Despite being send 3 email reminders of my Thursday appointment, no mention was made that my requested time slot was not being honored. In fact no time was mentioned at all.
I consider this to be terrible customer and inconsiderate customer service.
Fortunately, the Tech was able to adjust the schedule he was given so he arrived at 1:00PM, only 4 hours late instead of 6 hours.
Terrible, inconsiderate and unacceptable.
He was profusely apologetic for a problem he did not create and did a fine installation job. He mentioned that he frequently has these problems created by the Scheduling Department.
It’s up to you of course, but you may want to look into the Scheduling Department’s performance and take steps to improve it. If it was my responsibility, I certainly would.

The people I talked to on the phone were polite and professional and were able to answer all the questions that I had. Blake, the technician did a great job on the service and install of my new windshield and even got me the correct color of tinted glass. He was very polite and kept me well informed.
Blake called in the morning, and told me I was scheduled for 4PM. When I said
I thought I had a morning appointment he checked his schedule and was able
to fit me in between 11 & 12. He arrived at 11:30 and was super polite and
handled everything promptly.
