Very experienced installer with a great personality
People on the phone were knowledgeable and helpful. First scheduled repair was cancelled due to no glass. 2nd scheduled repair, no glass, nobody called to say they weren’t coming. Called company, no idea where glass was, said they would call back, no one did. Called again, said they were still looking for glass. Finally found glass and on 3 rd scheduled attempt, technician showed up, did a fine job of removing, cleaning and installing rear window and windshield. Went to close out paperwork, it said it was to go to insurance. Wrong, it was supposed to be cash payment. Tech called and they finally figured out what was driving it say insurance ( no insurance data was in the order. They did discount the final bill for my trouble. Everything appears to be good now. Apparently the glass was shipped to the wrong outlet, but it certainly appeared to be difficult figuring that out. All is good now.
I was never told that I would have to leave my car from 8 to 4 PM. I would not have brought it in but rather have had someone come to my place. I had to take a cab home this morning. Had a family member drive me back around 3:45 PM. The car had not even been done. I never drove away to 5:30 PM. I had made this appointment in June. I felt I should have been done first rather than last. The windshield I was told was not there when I took the car in. In fact I was told that when the windshield did arrive it was broken. How can you make appointments and not have what you need when the person brings their vehicle in, I was not impressed with the staff. Felt that they were not interested in making this a positive experience. I had asked for the technicians phone number at the front desk but was told they didn't know it. I was amazed that Jason had an Abra shirt when he replaced my windshield but they didn't know his phone number. I would not recommend your company to anyone. I have already told my neighbor about my experience with your company. Monica H
Quick. Showed up within the first hour of the 6 hour window I was scheduled so it was nice not having to wait around all day. Looks amazing and the technician worked with me to get a lower price since they weren't able to accept the insurance check I had.
