The windshield had a noticeable wave from top to bottom on both the left and right sides/edges of the glass. Noticed it as soon as I drove my vehicle. Called customer service the same day and the rep did not question my concern and she scheduled a warranty replacement for me.

Our tech Kevin W was awesome.. Very thorough & did an outstanding job on the chip in my daughter's windshield (hardly noticeable now).. Have used Abra in the past & will continue to use as we have been completely satisfied with the work that has been done. Keep up the outstanding work.
