The repairman was good. I didn't like the fact that they didn't give me a 2 hour window by the day before. They should be able to get closer than a 5 hour window once they know the order of the jobs the night before.

Setting my appointment took nearly 20 minutes. It seemed excessive since I had already spent 30 minutes filing the claim with my insurance company. It's a chip in the windshield not a engine rebuild. When the service tech showed up he was unsure of which vehicle was mine. Do they receive info from the shop on what car to fix? The shop had my year, make, model, VIN, license plate number and color. The tech was friendly and helpful.
