The glass looks great. The customer service is very lacking. First Abra failed to submit their quote to my insurance until I followed up a week later. Second my appointment was from 8-1 and my car was not even started until 2. Trying to contact the shop directly is impossible. Any number that is listed sends you to the national switchboard so you can't talk to anyone who physically has your vehicle. Trying to pay took forever because you cannot pay the shop directly, you have to call into a different division and give them your card number over the phone. And that division must have been very busy since we were on hold for 10 minutes prior to hanging up and calling the same national switch board that you get when you try and call the shop. I will not be recommending your company to anyone in the future.
Your personnel, scheduler and installer, are what made for an excellent experience.

The agent who came to fix the glass is awesome guy. Completed the fix took less than an hour and told me all the tips what need to be done and not be be done.
Completely satisfied. As this is just 6 hours of installation i did not see any issue. Will call him if I see any issue.
Work was done efficiently and the installer went above and beyond. He came with a defective piece of glass and would not install it and made an extra trip to get a flawless windshield. Thank you

My only comment is that my appointment did not happen during the window it was scheduled for. I was to have been in the 8-1 window, but was not met until 1:45. I u derstand things happen, but there was an expectation of timeliness.
