Unbelievable service. Truck window broke at our shop for a commercial customer. The truck needed to be done same day, a Friday of course. Alexis and technician Joe V got the job done same day! All other glass shops had to order rear window and couldn’t complete job until Monday, which is not unrealistic by any means. The service from ABRA was beyond exceptional, and less than other shops that could not complete same day. Keep up the great service.

I am so totally impressed with all the communication and follow-up with me. That high level of customer service is seldom experienced anymore. (My favorite communication was from Greg D, the glass tech who did the work, who sent me an email about 10 or 15 minutes before he arrived to tell me he was finishing up the job right ahead of me!) Well done, everyone! Windshield looks great, too.

The entire experience was excellent. I received a quote on the phone immediately. I was alerted on the status of the service a few times. Joe, the tech, called me with a time range as to when he would arrive. When he did arrive he was professional and nice. Thank you for a great experience.

I'm frustrated with the recent service I had. I paid almost a grand for my windshield and back window replacements and had a technician poorly install them. He was not very friendly to begin with and wouldn't replace the windows on the street like I had asked (there wouldve been better lighting outside). Instead he worked inside my garage, left glass scattered all around, left permanent primer/glue marks all around the window, and didn't fully seal the rubber lining along the windshield. The other technician who stopped by, Jerry, confirmed that he wasn't sure what the previous guy did but he clearly made a mess. Jerry said that he would talk to his manager to get us into the shop to have the gate and front repainted at no charge. I paid almost a grand and now I have to take extra time out of my day to bring my car in because of the technician's poor job. I saw the careless way he was ripping the windows out and pulling off excess glue from the old window - I wouldn't be surprised if you found damage underneath the windows. I strongly feel I should be compensated for the time I'm taking out of my day to bring my car in, not to mention I had already taken time off work to be home for the replacements and now I have to take time off to bring the car in and pick it up. I would recommend not allowing your technicians to go out to work inside people's garages/homes. They can leave a mess and they don't care. There's no guarantee that there will be good lighting in personal garages but your technician didn't care. There's liability issues and risks of property damage, but can it really ever be their fault if you agree for the work to be done inside your own garage? It has been almost three days since Jerry said a manager would reach out and still no word. I understand mistakes happen but this delay is not making it any better.

Like most people I think my time is limited and important. I greatly appreciated that your technician phoned ahead of my allotted time and narrowed the window down so I knew when I needed to be available. He was prompt and very courteous.
