The only problem was with the scheduling. I was told our glass was in stock and appointment was scheduled. When that day came there was no glass and we had to reschedule for the following week. This was very disappointing.

You quote a 5 hour window for the technician to show up which is unacceptable but then he was 1 1/2 hours late. If you can’t schedule better than that you need a personnel overhaul.
