Not sure where the breakdown in communications between progressive sending you the ok to proceed and you ordering the glass. I’m submitting the fact that you found a piece of glass within 20 minutes of our second time conference call to the church to list as a miracle. Installer was awesome!!!!! Your centralized directives and coordination out of MN ****!

A very minor issue. I expected a call telling me the tech would be arriving in x minutes. I was about to step in the shower when I got a call that he had arrived. Even a couple minutes' notice would be helpful.
Having said that, your tech was great. He patiently answered my questions even though he's likely answered them hundreds of times. If only I could get that level of service when I walk into the stores where I shop.
Called ahead in morning with time frame and then called 15 minutes before arrival. Appreciate the advance notice.

Excellent phone service when scheduling the appointment. Woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Technician was also very professional and pleasant. He provided two calls to give me updates on timing of his arrival, today. I’m very pleased with ABRA’s service.
A 5-hour window in which the worker would arrive is already a ridiculously long gap... but then he showed up 30 minutes AFTER that 5 hour window. The glass is fixed and that is fine... but I would not recommend this company to others, especially those who have busy schedules.
Your installer did a great repair
Change your phone number. I’m waiting all morning for your installer to show up.. I get a call from another state. Which I perceive as a solicitor.. and I don’t answer. Your installer never shows up. 8:00 a.m. to 1:00p.m. In the future please tell all . Anyone that contacts your business. That they will receive a phone call from another state. HELL! I live down the the street from your Oconomowoc location. Communication I believe is what You need to practice on.

Was a little upset that we made a trip to have the window fixed and had to reschedule due to the glass was damaged in shipping, but was happy with having it done at my house the next day. Service technician was friendly and very helpful.
