The man who replaced the windshield was very nice and professional.
Horrible experience. Waste of time and worse. Left my truck to have a stone chip repaired. Smaller than a dime. Was left a message 1 hour later that it was done. Went to Abra in Westfield to pick it up. Got my keys. Noticed the stone chip LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE IT DID WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. Felt it with my finger.. SHARP..NO REPAIR HAD BEEN MADE.
Manager at ABRA collision also felt the stone ding..AGREED THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED..
Left truck for repair again. Was told, not in writing, that NOW, it could not be repaired. Windshield needed to be replaced. WILL NOT BE DONE BY YOU.
I have contracted another glass repair company to actually do the repairs.
