I am completely satisfied with the service. One helpful comment. I receive a lot of spam telephone calls and thus don't answer calls from numbers not in my directory. I requested the notification from the tech prior to the visit to be a text message. He called instead and I ignored the call. I was surprised when he showed up at my front door. It was not a problem for me, but I know all my friends handle unknown number telephone calls the same way I do. Again, great service. Thanks.
