Entire experience was wonderful from initial call to completion of windshield installation. I was 5 hours from home when it cracked on a Saturday night, so the quick service on Monday helped immensely.

I was worried about leaving the major glass repair shop here in Indy that I've always gone to, especially when I saw a couple 2 star reviews on Abra. But I have no idea why they had 2 stars, they are 5 star all the way. They were more than $200 cheaper than Safelite, got me in three days sooner than safelite, they were friendly and informative on the phone, service was on time and perfectly done. When I called safelite, they asked if I had electronic windshield sensors. I bought my car used, so I wasn't sure, but I didn't think so. Safelite said, "well we have to know," leaving the problem (fairly, I admit) in my hands. On the other hand, Abra had a solution. The receptionist asked for my VIN (which is easily accessed on your MyBMV website) and she quickly had the answer she needed. I got up to date text messages and a call when it rained and I had to reschedule. Overall, an AWESOME experience!

Nothing negative on these guys. They do such a professional job from the actual labor on the glass to vacuuming out the shards and are very polite and on time. I will keep using ABRA in the future. They have done two of my vehicles now.
He did an excellent job. Explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, how to completely clean the car of glass shards so I do not injure myself and several other suggestions on what to do and expect. Great person to have at Abra!!! Keep him around.
