The black 'seal' or lining that seals the windshield had a piece that appeared torn off or removed. That was disheartening; otherwise everything seemed to be fair.

Chris called at 12:30, arrived at 12:45, was gone by 2:00 pm.
He did a first class job of replacing the windshield and adjusting
the wiper blades. He also vacuumed the glass particles off the
front seat and floorboard. I am totally satisfied with his work.
After getting stalled and given the runaround by a company with
a name beginning with "S" and ending with "e", I have only good
things to say about ABRA.....
