The technician that show up was very professional and thorough. He found 2 other small divets in the glass that I didn't notice and sealed them up also in a very quick and timely manner. Also, he showed up first thing in the morning which prevented me from waiting all day so I could go ahead and get to the jobs I have to do. I really appreciate the work he performed and will recommend to others in the future.

Ok, you shouldn't ask a yes or no right off the bat. I'm extremely happy with the service, the repair and how it was handled. However (don't ya hate that word!) My repaired window sang to me all the way home. It whistled something, not Dixie, and I grew to really find it annoying in the short ride home. I don't mind whistling but I'd prefer the option of choosing when...can someone call me so we can evict the Whistler? Thanks!

Hi the point I'm satisfied with is the when I called on Monday you guys came out the next day being today Tuesday 6:20 and the guy that came out was awesome I think it took about an hour I was pleased with the service however he was done about 1 I didn't get off work till 3:15 so as I'm trying to roll my window down the window Falls inside my door panel that's never happened before and I want it fixed immediately because I'm fixing to go on vacation and now I'm afraid somebody's going to steal stuff out of my car my number is ****-****-xxxx I need this taken care of immediately I hope you understand my concern however again I'm very satisfied with the quickness that you guys came out to fix the windows
The installer arrived 45 minutes late. The appointment was scheduled between 11 and 5. He arrived at 5:45.
