After raising my expectations that the job would be performed and completed on Wednesday when you showed up and immediately determined that you had the wrong kind of windshield and thus could do nothing, you returned the next day early; and expertly and efficiently did the replacement. What really made me happy was that Brad, the technician, explained you guys had done a causal analysis and had determined why you made the mistake the day before and thus understood, such that maybe you could prevent that from happening in the future. That is what we in the nuclear power industry call root cause analysis and recurrence control. Now, auto body and glass is not as important as operating a nuclear power plant, but that attitude is an important aspect of Total Quality / Customer Focus. Good job, I would surely recommend you to others. I hope there is no problem with the windshield, because I like you guys.

The technician was fantastic! Super friendly and helpful with the repair. The only thing I wish ABRA did was match the previous/existing window tint. I had 5% window tint on my back glass, and instead of matching the previous 5%, I was given 32%. But the technician was a super friendly and helpful individual who called me several times the day of and gave me a heads up on when he would arrive.
