We have had 3 separate appointments to have 2 windshields replaced (both should have been replaced / repaired on the first visit) The glass was forgotten / work order misplaced on the second trip. One is still incomplete as the glass was cracked upon install. People have repeatedly reassured me each visit that everything was set for the next visit and each time they were incorrect.
