However, the customer service leading up to the replacement was VERY shoddy. I spoke to them this morning and found out the order did not include, as I was told last week, a notation to the tech to contact me to let me know a more specific time frame for arrival. - Then, at 12:45 the tech called and didn’t even have my address on his order. He arrived and apologized for the confusion as he said a 2nd party outside of Abra takes the calls/appointments and things are not as smooth as they should be because of that. The installation proceeded without incident and took about an hr. The tech was courteous and professional.

In general it looks good but there is still glass I. My door. Will it always rattle in there? There is also a scratch on my car door that wasn’t there before.
