The installer was very nice and did a great job. Unfortunately he did tell me that he cut through the wire for the microphone to my stereo.
I called customer service and the rep said he would have to ask his GM what to do next.
It has only been about a half a day but so far nobody has reached out to me to discuss how to fix this.
