Brian, the person who contacted me explained why he could not install in the rain and I was unable to provide shelter. He suggested I bring the vehicle to him at the Forest Lake, Mn shop. He said it would take an hour. I did that during my lunch hour. I am pleased to say it took the hour and worked our well.
