Unhappy that it took so long. If our car is known to have problems with the window trim then they could have driven literally 5 min to our Honda dealer and picked up the trim came back and finished the job. Shouldn’t have to wait a whole week to reschedule.

Nice and welcoming. Done quickly. Not 100% satisfied but satisfied 7 out of 10. the trim on top of the windshield is tucked underneath the glass level. The rubber trim is showing on both sides on the top of windshield but then it dips down and disappears in the middle.

Satisfied now. Initially when I drove on Saturday and Sunday after the install of the new windshield there was a whistling/crackling noise when I drove fast. Almost like there was a loose seal. It hasn't done it since otherwise I was gonna call.
