I appreciated the level of professionalism demonstrated by all of the Abra employees I interacted with from ordering the replacement windshield. This included Micah and Alexandra. Anthony, who installed the windshield, was flexible with the appointment time, professional, friendly, polite, willing to answer all of my questions, explained what he was going to do, the timeline and asked if I was satisfied with the job once completed.
